Several Firsts

  • First in the country to design, build and supply dandy rolls for producing MICR cheque papers.
  • First in the country to manufacture and supply a centrally driven dandy roll system with double side flanges and complete internal cleaning system.
  • First in the country to design, build and supply a sophisticated bracket assembly to accommodate different  diameters and widths of dandy rolls on the same bracket.
  • First in the country to design, build and supply dandy rolls with extensible type end castings for mounting of spare  dandy roll covers.
  • First in the country to manufacture and supply a SS Plate Laid dandy roll up to 1000 mm diameter and an SS plain wove dandy roll up to 7mts wide
  • First in the country to design, build and supply a geared drive system for open ended dandy rolls. The gears are  made from 100% nylon.
  • First in the country to design, manufacture and supply a shadow marked dandy roll for bank cheque paper.
  • First in the country to design, build and supply a single set of steam and water showers to be used on the bracket  for two different diameters of dandy rolls.
  • First in the country to design, build and supply a fiber glass save-all tray.
